Frequently Asked Questions
All orders ship within 5-7 business days, unless otherwise stated.
Emails with tracking information get sent right when I purchase your label, not when your package is dropped off at the Post Office! Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your shipment confirmation email for your tracking number to update with accurate information.
If your order has been shipped and is either lost in the mail or was marked as delivered without you receiving it, please file a claim with USPS. Unfortunately, I am unable to track down any packages myself once they are dropped off at the Post Office.
Since I'm a small business with limited inventory, I am not currently accepting any returns or exchanges. Please double check your size before placing your order!
You can change your shipping address as long as your order has not been shipped out yet! Please email hello@allieroseco.com with your Order Number in the Subject, and the correct/updated address in your email.

All apparel items are unisex and run slightly big. For an oversized look, I recommend sizing up 1-2 sizes! Specific details about each item will be in the description, so be sure to read through before choosing a size.

Pretty please machine wash all apparel items inside out and on cold! Colors may fade/bleed if washed incorrectly.
